Going home tonight was a little better but still the heart rate does not want to go up. The right wheel is also out of round due to the massive pothole on Tue night. It start to bounce a lot when I go over 30mph.

My body did not want to work this morning. Could not get the legs to move or the heartrate to go up. Every hill was a mountain.
